Yosemite Accommodations Reservations Policies

All reservations require the first night paid as a deposit. Packages require complete prepayment. They accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover Card, Diners Club, Carte Blanche and American Express. Rates are not guaranteed. Prepayment does not guarantee rates. They are reviewed in the fall and spring and will be changed with National Park Service approval, written notification of charge will be given and retroactive increases will apply.  State and county taxes are applicable to daily rate.

Cancellations or reservation changes must be received three days prior to arrival date for deposit refund. Other cancellation policies apply to the High Sierra Camps and special events in Yosemite. Housekeeping Camp reservations can only be changed after deposit is received and there is a $5.00 handling fee, per unit, for each change or cancellation.

Special requests, when allowed, are noted and maintained in the reservation system; however, specific room numbers or locations cannot be guaranteed.

Your accommodations are normally available after 5:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am.

No pets are allowed. Cooking is not allowed in any accommodation other than Housekeeping Camp. The National Park Service, in keeping with California law, has designated all restaurants, bars, and public restrooms as "non-smoking."

Don't be bear careless! Yosemite is bear habitat. Proper food storage is required by law.  In hard-sided accommodations (cabins with or without bath, standard rooms, etc.); ALL food and related items (ice chests, toothpaste, gum, etc.) must be removed from vehicles and stored indoors. In canvas tent-cabins, all food-related and scented items must be removed from vehicles and stored in lockers provided. ALL garbage materials must be placed in bear-proof cans or dumpsters! Please help keep our bears wild! At no time should food be stored in your cars. (See the consequences of ignoring this rule; go here)

Cancellations must be received ten days prior to arrival for deposit refund.

Any reduction in the length of stay must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. If reductions are made inside the 48 hour window, the original length of stay will be charged.

Special requests, when allowed, are noted and maintained in the reservations system; however, specific room numbers or locations cannot be guaranteed.

Your accommodations are normally available after 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am.
